Thai style steamed sea bass is one of the popular seafood cooking method in Thailand. Other than fish, you can also replace with shrimp or squid. It has a sharp and complex flavor of sourness, saltiness and spiciness. However, the cooking method is not as complex as it tastes!
Thai style steamed sea bass recipe (0:31~0:43):
1 x Sea bass (500~600g)
1 x Lemongrass
3 x Kaffir lime leaves
5 tbsp Lime juice
4 tbsp Sugar
7 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 cup Water
Large red chili
Bird's eye chili
8 x Garlic cloves
4 x Coriander roots

5匙 檸檬汁
4匙 白糖
7匙 魚露
半杯 水
紅辣椒
小辣椒
8個 蒜頭
4根 香菜根
